Terms & Conditions

• By using the platform, you agree to these terms and the Company's privacy policy.
• The Company reserves the right to amend these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The client agrees to:

• Not engage in fraud, phishing, or spam
• Not perform any illegal activities
• Communicate only through the platform's chat system
• Not solicit off-platform transactions
• Not disclose personal information outside the system

Violations may result in account suspension or termination at the Company's sole discretion.

• Individual clients must be at least 15 years old
• Legal entities must have proper legal authorization
• Registration information must be accurate and complete
• The Company may suspend accounts with inaccurate information

1. Partner submits a quotation
2. Client creates an order
3. Client pays through the platform
4. Partner performs the work
5. Work is delivered
6. Client approves within 1 day

If not approved within 1 day, the system will automatically consider the work complete. Orders inactive for over 180 days may be cancelled.

• Registration is free
• Service fees must be paid through the platform only
• The Company charges payment processing fees to clients
• The Company charges platform usage fees to partners
• Service fees do not include withholding tax

• Dr-Aircare Coins are valid for 1 year
• Coins can be refunded to cash (60 THB fee per transaction)
• Bonus Coins are valid for 1 year and cannot be refunded to cash

• Ownership of work transfers to the client upon delivery
• If work is cancelled, the partner may retain rights unless otherwise agreed

• Clients may rate work within 3 days
• Reviews cannot be deleted unless they violate the terms
• Negotiating ratings in exchange for work delivery is prohibited

• The Company has sole discretion in processing refunds
• Refund channels: bank account, credit card, Dr-Aircare Coin
• Payment processing fees may not be refundable
• The Company reserves the right to deduct service charges, expenses, and damages incurred.

The Company may suspend accounts in cases such as:

• Use of profanity
• Fraud
• Copyright infringement
• Fee evasion
• Multiple accounts

The Company's decision is final.

• The Company encourages negotiation through the chat system
• If agreement cannot be reached, the Company may mediate
• Users consent to the Company reviewing relevant dispute data

The Company is only an intermediary. The Company does not guarantee:

• Quality of work
• Damages from work
• Messages in the chat system
• Work reviews

The Company's liability is limited to actual damages incurred.

• The client owns the copyright of delivered work, unless otherwise agreed
• Partners may not reuse work without permission
