Why AC work is hard for organizations to control
The more units and sites you have, the less the problem is the work itself — it is the uncertainty and the missing paperwork.
Every branch pays a different price
Each site hires its own contractor, so quality and pricing vary, and when something goes wrong nobody stays accountable.
Extra charges appear once the technician is on site
Only on the day do you learn that extra pipework, extra drilling or an electrical upgrade is needed — and the approved budget no longer covers it.
No documentation to fall back on
When a unit fails after installation there is no record of what was checked, who is responsible, or whether it is still under warranty.
Too many sites to chase at once
Facilities staff call technicians one by one, never know the real progress, and get updates only verbally.
A process that runs from before the job to after handover
Installation work follows the same document set on every site; cleaning and repair jobs are tracked with status and site photos in the app.
Survey first, price second
The same readiness survey on every site: building type, electrical system, meter size, pipe run and mounting points are all settled before work begins.
Explicit scope and materials
A standard-equipment table by BTU range for wall, ceiling-suspended and cassette units — cable gauge, ground wire, drain pipe and brackets are all specified, so quotes can be compared like for like.
Handover inspection in writing
After installation we record return and supply air temperature, refrigerant pressure, current draw and a leak test, then both parties sign off.
Installation warranty up to 365 days
For installation work contracted directly with the company, from the installation date; relocation or reinstallation of an existing unit carries 180 days, under the terms in the attached document.
Vetted partner technicians
Technician teams must verify their identity, submit supporting documents and be approved by our team before they can take jobs — with review scores from real jobs on record.
Job tracking, with site photos on every job
Follow job status in the system, chat with the technician directly. The system will not let a technician start or close a job without uploading before and after photos, and every job paid through the system gets a company-issued receipt with our tax ID.

Download our installation survey & inspection form
The 7-page document set Dr-Aircare uses on site, free for organizations to download — assess your own sites with it, and see exactly what a quoted price covers before you decide.
Installation readiness survey (pages 1–2)
Building type, site condition, unit type and BTU rating, single- or three-phase supply, meter size, wall type, mounting height and pipe run.
Service terms and warranty (pages 3–4)
Installation scope, what is and is not included in the price, conditions for additional charges, and the 365-day warranty period.
Standard equipment table (page 5)
What the installation price covers, by BTU range and unit type: cable gauge, ground wire, drain pipe and rubber pads.
Installation inspection form (pages 6–7)
Checks before, during and after start-up: temperatures, refrigerant pressure, current draw, leak testing, and the handover signature block.
How organizations use it
- As the facilities team's standard checklist when surveying each site before setting a budget.
- Attached to the procurement process, so scope and materials are pinned down from the start.
- As the handover record, to refer back to when making a warranty claim.
The document is in Thai. Organizations are welcome to adapt it.
Open an organization account for your team
Keep your company details and the list of people responsible in one place, with roles for your procurement and facilities staff.
Company profile
Organization name, tax ID, industry, address and contact channels.
Members and permissions
Assign owner, admin or member so responsibilities are clearly split.
Members you add must already have a Dr-Aircare account registered with that email, and one account belongs to one organization.
What procurement and facilities teams ask
No minimum and no annual contract. Start with a single site and expand once you are satisfied. We take single-unit jobs as well as dozens of units across multiple branches.
Every job paid through the system gets a receipt issued by Doctor-Aircare Co., Ltd. with tax ID 0105569060579. The payer shown on it is the account used to book. If you need your organization named on it, or the document formatted for your accounts team, tell us in advance. Please note the company is not yet VAT-registered, so a full tax invoice is not available.
Bangkok is our main service area. Jobs are matched to partner technicians by the radius each team works within. If a site is in a neighbouring province or outside that range, ask our team to check before the job is confirmed.
Installation work contracted directly with the company carries a 365-day installation warranty from the installation date, and 180 days for relocation or reinstallation of an existing unit, under the terms on pages 3–4 of the document. Jobs booked through the Dr-Aircare platform carry the platform’s standard 30-day workmanship guarantee. In both cases the warranty covers the service work, not the unit itself, which is covered by the manufacturer.
Note the hours your building management permits in the survey and we will schedule technicians around those rules. Per the terms in the document, condo work is not carried out on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Contact our team via LINE, phone or email with your requirements. We will arrange a site survey and give you a scope summary before any work begins.
